This is ANDAO’s tasting lab and R&D studio, centered on profile development, cupping and small-batch work with a 650 g micro-roaster. Visitors can explore V60 and espresso alongside freshly roasted 250 g whole-bean coffee.

The Vĩnh Thái space is ANDAO’s riverside craft space and commercial production roastery. The 6 kg production roaster supports the wider system and B2B roasting, while the space also serves coffee and other craft drinks and food.
